Hotel Nyx Cancun, Cancun

I recently stayed at Hotel NYX and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hospitality was excellent, especially from some standout staff members who went above and beyond, and the food was consistently high-quality with lots of options. However, the room we initially received didn't meet our expectations and the location had some noise issues. It's a solid choice for a relaxing getaway, but not without a few drawbacks.

My stay at this hotel was truly amazing, with exceptional ocean views and attentive staff that made our experience memorable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a couple getaway. The food varied every night, and the beach area was well-maintained, although there were times with noticeable seaweed. While the price we paid was excellent for the value we received, the dining options could be renewed more frequently during the day.

My stay at this hotel was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the beach and pool were beautiful, and the location was fantastic for accessing nearby attractions. On the other hand, I was really disappointed with the service and room situation. We ended up paying extra for a bed that should have been included, and some staff had an attitude that made asking for help uncomfortable.

While the staff was mostly friendly and helpful, I felt some of them could use a bit more customer service training. Overall, I found the value for money to be fair given the amenities offered.

However, there were a few hiccups with dining options and communication during check-in. Overall, it's a great value for money, especially with the all-inclusive package!
