I recently stayed at Hotel NYX and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hospitality was excellent, especially from some standout staff members who went above and beyond, and the food was consistently high-quality with lots of options. However, the room we initially received didn't meet our expectations and the location had some noise issues. It's a solid choice for a relaxing getaway, but not without a few drawbacks.
